Your Healing Session
A Reiki/Energy healing session usually lasts about one hour, however, half-hour sessions are generally effective for balancing the chakras (energy centers located throughout the body), and for maintaining overall wellness.
During a session, the recipient takes off their shoes and lies fully clothed upon a massage table or sits in a chair. The Reiki practitioner then sits or stands to the side of the receiver and places her hands in the appropriate treatment positions.
Most people feel Reiki as warmth or heat energy. Others may feel a tingling, electric sensation, or a “pulling” or “drawing out” sensation. And still others may feel nothing at all. If one feels nothing, this does not mean that you are not receiving Reiki, only that your particular sensitivity level may not be quite as keen.
Our energy changes everyday, often moment by moment. One session may feel differently than another. The important thing to remember is that Reiki is guided by the Divine. So, regardless of whether you feel anything substantial or not, you are always receiving the perfect amount of healing energy for you.
All sessions are customized to meet the client’s individual needs and facilitates deep healing and relief from physical, mental and emotional distress. Intuitive messages and counseling are given as Spirit guides.
Reiki has been clinically shown to accelerate healing and change the chemical structure of the body.
This deep level healing boosts the body’s immune system, releases blocks, negative thought forms, trauma and unhealthy attachments. From this new space of strength and balance, the body is more capable of healing itself.
Reiki and Energy Healing sessions are available in person
or long distance.
Since energy is not limited by time and space, a long distance session is equally effective to one performed in person. It includes a follow up email or phone call to share guidance.
