Coaching Or Therapy… Which One Will Work For Me?

The warmer weather and flowers of Spring are so uplifting, right?!  There’s this sense of positive change and renewal in the air as we tend to focus on cleaning, clearing and creating during this season.

It’s also a great time to give yourself a little extra love and attention.

How are you doing?
How are you feeling?
Are you where you want to be?  If so, great! If not, what can you change?
Do you need support?
Motivation?
Focus?
Vision?
Healing?

There’s no right or wrong answer to any of these questions. You might be feeling better overall but maybe there’s a little hesitancy as we regain some normalcy after an exceeding long and stressful 2020.  Or perhaps you’re just as overwhelmed and exhausted as you’ve ever been.

However you rate on the mood scale, most everyone can benefit from extra support and guidance.  But how and from whom?
